So, a new term begins and the world is still a strange place. Most people are back to school and work although lots are still working from home and there continues to be restrictions on where we can go and who we can see.
We are working hard at 4th to make sure that we can restart our face to face meetings as soon as we are able. Our main priority is to keep everyone safe and well so things may be a little different for a while. The section leaders are busy writing new procedures for using the hall and creating new and exciting programs for all the young people. You will be notified when meetings resume but in the meantime please be sure to join in with the zoom meetings and other activities that the leaders are emailing out to you.
Obviously we are unable to hold our AGM and awards evening in the same way as we have done in recent years, however, we are still required to hold an AGM by law. This year it will take place on Friday 9th October via Zoom at 8pm. You will have had an email with the zoom link and it can also be found in our facebook group. There will be the usual reports with time for questions and there will also be a few presentations.
Reports and documentation regarding the AGM will be shared here a couple of days prior.
